Once you've placed an order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details, including shipping and delivery estimates for each item. Once your item has been prepared for shipment and ships, you will receive a Shipment Notification email with carrier and tracking information.
When will my order shipped?
Place your order before 12 noon (SG time) on a business day and we will ship it on the same day (upon credit approval).
Order placed after 12 noon (SG time) are shipped on the next business day. Payment must also be approved by noon for items to qualify.
The delivery address on the order must be accurate.
If there is an unexpected demand for a product, the shipment could be delayed.
When can I expect my order?
Once your order has been handed over to the carrier for delivery, you will receive a shipment notification email with an estimated delivery date. Delivery will typically take 1-3 business days after the order has been shipped. All delivery lead times are estimated.
How to I track my order?
As soon as your items have been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email that includes the estimated delivery date and tracking number. You can track your order using the tracking number with the instructions given in the email.
What happens if my delivery goes missing or is damaged?
In case of any problems with your delivery, MOTKA will resolve it directly with the carrier as quickly as possible with as little inconvenience to you. We will make every effort to contact you and keep you informed of the progress of our investigation. Where appropriate, we shall delivery a replacement. If you have already received your order and find that it is damaged, please contact us for a return-and-replacement.
